Customer Service Representatives - Sewer Systems Business
We are seeking 2 highly motivated individuals that will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Customers, Distributors, & Regional Sales Mgrs. You will review, process & follow-up on orders, provide technical information. Proven verbal & written communication skills are required. A technical aptitude is preferred. Strong organizational, computer skills, & the desire to provide outstanding customer service, are a MUST. A HSD or GED w/previous customer focus experience is required.
Service Technician- Sewer Systems Business
You will be responsible for supporting Regional Mgr & Distributors in the completion of new projects, service calls, training, & resolving product issues w/customers. You will identify, analyze & repair products at customer’s location. Provide technical support via telephone & in writing to customers. Perform site surveys, installations & modifications as needed or requested.
Must possess strong mechanical & electrical skills. 2yr degree in technical field preferred or equiv. exp. req. Plumbing or construction exp. preferred. You must have the ability to read & work from blue prints & schematics. Solid oral communication skills required. Minimum of 60% travel required. Must be able to travel both domestic & international.
Sr. Designer/Database Admin - Sewer Systems Business
In this role you will perform product design & documentation functions in support of existing products & custom orders. You will develop documentation strategies & structures to maintain & optimize the CAD database. Engineering or mechanical CAD degree w/3-5 yrs. exp req. Certified CAD training - Solidworks & Pro-E preferred. Must demonstrate ability to thrive in a team environment
SSB Sales & Service Specialist
This is a multi-faceted position to support Sales and Service, requiring a flexible approach to a diverse range of responsibilities including doing hydraulic system designs, coordinating municipal project bids, project management, preparing submittals, obtaining special pricing/configurations, customer/distributor support in tracking order/shipping status, order entry; and other tasks as necessary.
Specific tasks at any given time will be dependent upon the needs of the business.
In this position you will:A two-year technical degree or equivalent experience; hydraulics course work is preferred. Experience with Excel and AutoCAD required. Ability to read topographical drawings preferred. Requires good math skills and technical aptitude.
- Provide and maintain Low Pressure Sewer System (LPS) design layouts
- Develop submittal packages as required
- Assist in preparation of municipal bids
- Provide on-site training and technical support as required for Regional Manager's, distributors and engineers
- Support product specifications with updates and changes
- Assist with updating and maintaining technical documents
- Order entry and tracking
- Technical support of distributors and customers
- Provide special pricing and/or product configurations to distributors and sales managers

USB Designer (for E/One's Utility Systems Business)
Mechanical and electrical designer serving in support of existing product and new product development efforts. Electrical design to include circuit board layout, routing, plotting, schematics and wiring diagrams. Design/create catalog and marketing drawings, documents and manuals for Marketing department. Create and supply drawings and disks upon request for Sales/Engineering/Manufacturing/Agents.
Two-year degree in Computer Aided Drafting, Industrial Technology, or other related field required. Three years' experience in Computer Aided Drafting and mechanical aptitude required. Literacy in Auto CAD14, Windows, Printed Circuit Design(PADS) software, and ANSI/ASME Y14.5 desirable.
Mechanical Engineer (for E/One's Utility Systems Business)
You will provide design details and project management for power generation auxiliary equipment assemblies. Responsibilities include completing work according to standard engineering principles and practices, perform research to solve specific design problems related to designing, and developing monitoring equipment, electro-mechanical products, and process gas handling systems, electronic assemblies or software.
BSME plus 2-4 years relevant experience required. Experience with AutoCAD required. Autodesk Inventor and/or Solid Works also desirable. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Power Generation experience a plus but not required.
