Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing technical support, all aspects of new orders (review, input, track and process) while supporting customers, distributors and Regional Sales Managers.

Position Summary:

  • Timely and accurate entry of product and/or part orders by phone, fax or e-mail into Customer Order Management (COM) system
  • Responds customer questions and concerns over the phone, providing technical and order tracking support, including post shipment
  • Prepares and maintains reports regarding orders received and products shipped
  • Researches complex problems and offers solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Files orders, emails acknowledgements and maintains project data
  • Maintains credit system for returned goods and price adjustment process
  • Provides general administrative support as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2 years successful experience in a related role in a parts, manufacturing or distribution company
  • Minimum education of High School diploma or GED.  Associates degree in a related technical field is preferred.
  • Experience with MAPICS Browser a plus
  • Great internal and external customer service mentality and sense of urgency to problem solve
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) strongly desired
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear verbal and written communication, including spelling accuracy
  • Familiarity with database entry (web-based; Microsoft Access)

International Sales Manager — Sewer Systems Business

Position Summary:

  • Responsible for developing sales strategies and growing sales of low pressure sewer systems (LPS) to construction engineers, municipalities, and developers outside of the United States
  • Lead and define sales strategies, recruit and manage distributor channel partners in targeted international markets
  • Directly sell LPS in uncovered markets, and build customer relations to maximize sales
  • Key functions the International Sales Manager will drive:
    • Product Positioning
    • Sales Distribution Strategy
    • Sales Organization Strategy
    • Business Development Planning. 
    • Sales Organization Recruitment and
    • Sales Channel Support and Development
    • Sales Organization Management
    • Pipeline Development
    • Reinforce a Consistent Selling   
    • Internal Processes and Reporting
    • Customer Relationships

Requirements:

  • 10-year history in international sales and channel development with annual revenues of $5+ million 
  • Sold products with a “long” sales cycle (12-18 months) and transactions of at least $50,000 and as much as $1+ million
  • A history of achieving aggressive sales growth goals without erosion of profit margin.  The sales revenue will grow by 20% over previous year under your leadership and management.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical field
  • Experience with competitive bidding and selling a premier product
  • Extensive travel
  • Bilingual
  • Ability to work with a diverse audience
  • CRM experience

I&I (Inflow & Infiltration) Project Manager

The I&I Project Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies and growing sales of low pressure sewer systems (LPS) to construction engineers, municipalities and developers.  The main goal of this position is to identify failed gravity collections systems, then lead and define a sales strategy that will allow E/One’s low pressure sewer systems (LPS) to deliver provide a cost effective and environmentally responsible solution to communities throughout the world.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • 7-10 year history in municipal gravity sewer infrastructure design, build and repair
  • Experience with selling engineering solutions with a “long” sales cycle (12-18 months) and transactions of at least $50K and as much as $1M+
  • Successful history of achieving aggressive technical sales growth goals with excellent time management skills
  • Background in providing solutions, ideally in a technical or manufacturing environment, as well as at least 5 years developing and managing municipal projects
  • Strong team builder with a high degree of integrity and commitment, that also demands high legal, moral and ethical standards
  • Ability to think strategically and willing to take risks, however are thoughtful in decision making

Education/Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering or other technical field
  • Professional Engineer License (PE) preferred
  • Extensive Travel – up to 60%
  • Experience with competitive bidding required
  • Customer Relationship Management experience required
  • High comfort level working with a diverse audience
Experience in designing construction of conventional Gravity Sewer collection systems required
