E/ONE Home Wastewater Disposal System

America's Newest Home Appliance Debuts at International Builders Show

Dallas, TX -- 15 January 1999 -- The E/ONE Home Wastewater Disposal System (2010-IDU), a new appliance for the home that saves time and money for contractors while improving public safety for the community, is debuting in Dallas, January 15-18, at the International Builders' Show (booth #4080).

For years, E/ONE Sewers have set the standard in low-pressure sewer system technology, providing central sewers for new communities at half the cost of old-fashioned gravity sewers. E/ONE grinder pump-driven sewers have worked more geotechnically challenging sites, and lasted longer while typically requiring less maintenance than any other central sewer technology.

"Once again, we're going new places, a place where other grinder pumps just can't go - inside the building with a UL-listed appliance that installs in a matter of minutes, has a clean design and seems right at home with neighboring machines in the mechanical room," David Doin, VP Sales at Environment One, says.

Pipe & Plug-In and Play!

The E/ONE Home Wastewater Disposal System pipes into E/ONE Sewer lines or into conventional gravity lines; just plug into a standard 240-volt outlet and you're ready to go. E/ONE Sewers are ideal for all sites - flat, wet, rocky and even hilly below-grade lots.

The new E/ONE Home Wastewater Disposal System also flattens learning curve and jobsite complexity involving the excavation, ballasting and hardwiring commonly encountered when sewering the neighborhood. Small diameter pipes that follow terrain contours eliminate expensive deep digging previously required for both septic tanks and gravity sewers.

"It's like having a whole home garbage disposal," Mr. Doin said, "in that the E/ONE IDU takes all the wastewater from the household, conditions it and then transports to the treatment facility."

The E/ONE Home Wastewater Disposal System, used in conjunction with E/ONE Sewers, provides the most economically sensible and environmentally sensitive sewer option yet for builders and developers of new communities.
