E/One's WH482 grinder pump station consists of two Extreme series grinder pumps inside an open wetwell tank. The grinder pumps, motor controls and level-sensing are integrated into a compact unit, easily removable for service. The station comes with two grinder pumps, but is available with up to four grinder pumps.
Solids are ground into fine particles that pass easily through the pump, check valve and small-diameter pipe lines — even objects that are not normally found in sewage, such as plastic, rubber, fiber, wood, etc. The 1-1/4" discharge connection can be adapted to any piping materials that meet local code requirements. The internal check valve assembly, located in the grinder pump, is custom designed for non-clog, trouble-free operation.
The tank is made of tough corrosion-resistant HDPE. Designed
specifically for low pressure sewer applications, the optimum tank capacity of
486 gallons provides ample storage. A single WH482 can accommodate flows of up to 3500
gallons per day.

Discharge Connections
Pump discharge terminates in 1-1/4" NPT female thread. Can easily be adapted to 1-1/4" PVC pipe or any other material required by local codes.

Overload Capacity
Maximum pressure that the pump can generate is limited by motor characteristics to a value well below the rating of the piping and appurtenances. Automatic reset feature does not require manual operation following overload.
